Power Washing your Deck
Nowadays decks are built out of a few different types of Products. Wood, treated lumber, composite lumber, composite material
One thing in common with all these products, is that they can get damaged if not treated properly
Many Homeowners that have decks on their home, know how hard they are to keep clean, Mold, Algae, animal droppings all put a wear and tear on your deck. Many People turn to Power Washers to keep their decks looking fresh and clean.
One of the main issues homeowners run into when attempting to pressure wash their deck is that they often do more harm than good. Sometimes homeowners think that more pressure is better, which often leaves deep and unsightly damage to the wood
Our Goal at Clean and Clear is to clean away dirt and debris but leave no visible traces in the wood or leave raised wood fibers.
When cleaning a natural wood deck we apply a natural solution that opens the pores of the deck, which allows us to Begin pressure washing the deck, moving with the grain of the wood in wide sweeping motions.
When Cleaning a Composite Material we Spray deck with soap, and then follow by gently power washing the boards. We use large surface cleaners and lower the pressure so we do not take the finish of your deck. Homeowners need to be very careful to never put full pressure on their composite decking or the top finish will come off and damage the deck.
Our services include wood, stained, painter or raw, and also Trex deck.
